Olympus grown is a great tasting variety, high quality!

I first tried Mountain Tea in a commercial tea bag from a popular US tea was bits and pieces as most bagged teas are (which is good for using plant scraps). I liked it so investigated further and found Klio. After seeing and trying Klio, the US grocery version is, scraps. This is the real deal. Fresh, healthy, slightly smaller plant variety that Othrys version but still just as high quality and delicious. I liked seeing and tasting the difference in both Mountain teas based on grow location and I highly recommend both. The pristine dried flowers make a wonderful tea. I found it to be a bit more earthy that Othrys. You do get a TON of it. The suggested brew amount is about a TB and that can make (me) about 3-4 cups. I boil it and let it sit for a good 10-25 minutes. Super quality, like both Olympus and Othrys equally! So nice to get a high quality product :)
