Klio Cretan Blend is a combination of two famous herbs from the Greek island of Crete: Diktamo, also known as "Dittany of Crete" and Malotira, the local Greek mountain tea of Crete. Both herbs are endemic to the island, growing in the rugged mountainous areas. They are revered by the Cretans for their abundant health properties.

Brewing:

Brew our Cretan Blend the same way you brew our other mountain teas. Place a small handful (3g) in a pot with about 12oz (1 1/2 cups) of water. Bring to a boil for 3-5 minutes, then let it steep for another 3-5 minutes. Remove herbs or strain, and enjoy.
